Donnie Skaggs, as an Associate of Country Music Composition, has written several songs that have charted on national country music charts.  He is a former staff songwriter for Maypop Music, Pride Music Group and other publishing companies with a national reputation.

Mark Lister has more than 12 years experience as a producer and studio musician, with over 50 successful projects completed and more than 10 projects in progress or under development.

J. R. Jones is Northeast Director of our Artist Development Division out of New York.  He has been a professional musician for over 30 years and has worked with a who's who in the Country,Rock,and Blues markets,  from Harry Chapin to Atlanta.  He is a seasoned writer, producer, and a artist and concert promoter who has worked out of New York City, LA, and about fifteen years out of Nashville.

Amanda Lister, as Creative Director, is educated, trained and experienced as a performer, with a BA degree in Performing Arts from Bradford College.  While in college, she performed extensively in dramatic and musical performances.

Frank Leake, as an Associate of Information Technology, has over 20+ years in the Information Technology industry.  He is responsible for the technology infrastructure and website development.

Keith Longbotham, as an Associate of Gospel Music, is a Christian songwriter and performer.  Ivan Parker recently recorded one of his songs, "It's True", which went to #2 on the Southern Gospel Charts for two months and was the #2 Southern Gospel song for 2003.
