Located on Music Row since 1994, Phil Lister and his brother Mark started the studio after the nationally charted Dixiana band dissolved. They have a strong network in the established music community. Drive along the alley on the south side of Music Row, walk up the ramp where the instruments are rolled in and enter a working studio. Emerging artists, established national artists, international groups, talented soloists, and songwriters have walked up that ramp and recorded within the Dixiana studio.
